Core-Lok
Structural Reinforcement System
Core-Lok is a composite internal reinforcement system engineered to strengthen pipe insulation at support points. Traditional weight-bearing insulations like calcium silicate, phenolic foam, cellular glass, and polyisocyanurate often fail over time from point loading — leading to crushed or cracked insulation, reduced thermal performance, and increased risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI).
Core-Lok solves this by integrating a high-strength composite insert that evenly distributes mechanical loads, maintaining system integrity under stress. The result is a longer-lasting, safer, and more reliable insulation system that reduces maintenance costs and protects against failure in critical support areas.
Our Hard Sections are engineered insulation assemblies designed to protect insulation at hanger locations from damage and deformation. Each assembly includes the selected insulation insert material enclosed in an All Service Jacket (ASJ) with a self-sealing lap and a 180° galvanized shield bonded to the ASJ. For applications requiring additional support protection, a second 180° galvanized shield can be added to provide full 360° coverage. Hard Sections are available in a variety of sizes, gauges, and insulation materials to meet the demands of a wide range of mechanical insulation applications.

InsulTread™
Innovative Walkable Jacketing Cover
Traditional jacketing systems are designed to protect insulation from weather exposure and light incidental contact, but they often fail in areas exposed to heavy traffic or repeated impact. InsulTread™ is engineered to withstand extreme physical abuse, including regular foot traffic, while maintaining the integrity of the insulation system. Compatible with virtually any insulation and jacketing product, InsulTread™ provides long-lasting protection in the toughest industrial environments.
Our custom-designed and precision-fit mitered elbows provide continuous insulation for even the most demanding applications. Available in fiberglass, phenolic, and calcium silicate (Cal-Sil), our elbows are fabricated to ensure a precise fit while reducing labor time in the field compared to on-site fabrication.

Aluminum Jacketing
Aluminum jacketing can be used in indoor and outdoor applications for various insulation systems and is especially useful in environmentally severe indoor and outdoor conditions. Aluminum jacketing is highly resistant to corrosion and can be used in the most demanding of settings. Dynamic Fabrication’s aluminum jacketing is available with a self-sealing lap, which can greatly increase the ease of installation, and is also available in a stucco-embossed or smooth finish in various gauges.
PVC Jacketing
PVC jacketing from Dynamic Fabrication is a versatile solution for both indoor and outdoor piping insulation systems, including steam, hot water, and chilled water. Available with a convenient self-sealing lap, our PVC jacketing simplifies installation while ensuring a secure fit. Choose from a range of thicknesses and colors, tailored to your specific application. For added flexibility, we offer both flat sheet and pre-curled options to meet your project needs
Aluminum Gore Fittings
We custom design and manufacture aluminum gore fittings for specific application and needs. Allowing DFI to produce these fittings, rather than fabricating them on-site, ensures a precise fit and reduces labor time in the field. These segmented fittings can be ordered in aluminum or stainless steel in a variety of thicknesses.
Galvanized Shields
Galvanized Shields are designed to protect insulation at hanger locations from damage or deformation. They are produced in an assortment of sizes and gauges to provide protection for a wide range of insulation applications. Dynamic Fabrication manufactures them from galvanized carbon steel, in thicknesses ranging from 16 to 26 gauge, and in lengths and sizes to meet your specifications.
Shields are designed to be used with various pipe insulation products, such as fiberglass, phenolic, polyisocyanurate, cellular glass, flexible elastomeric, and polyethylene tubing. Shields are used in applications with operating temperatures from -120° F to +1000° F, including plumbing, refrigeration piping, chilled water, heating, and process piping.
Eliminate the need for mastic and spray paint. DFI provides pre-made end caps in every color and thickness of PVC, as well as all finishes and thicknesses of metal jacketing. Options include 1-piece, 2-piece, and 2-piece with I.D. cut-outs for a precise fit in any application.
End Caps
Dynamic Fabrication supplies insulation banding in pre-cut lengths with wing seals for fast, efficient installation. Available in ½” and ¾” aluminum or stainless steel, as well as ½” black-coated steel, our banding can be manufactured in any length to meet your project’s exact requirements.
